Free planning tool · Your Lead Data Bot

Where does the lead go if delivery fails?

Map the automatic path from caller intake to a destination record, then name the exception route before you rely on it.

This creates a flow plan. It does not connect to a CRM, send a record or test automation; entries stay in this browser.

01 · Map the automation

Plan both delivery and failure.

Define the call event, qualification trigger and destination. Then name how delivery is acknowledged and who handles a failed handoff.

All fields describe an intended flow. This tool sends nothing to the destination.

02 · Team review

Test the failure path before launch.

Write the rules your team would use when a record cannot be delivered or needs a person.

How the map works

A planning aid, not a live test.

What is counted

The map shows four conceptual stages: capture, qualify, deliver and acknowledge. Empty required planning fields are counted as open decisions. It also lists a failure-path checklist.

What remains unverified

This does not contact a CRM, send or retry a lead record, test acknowledgements, or verify real-time delivery. Validate permissions, deduplication, error handling and human ownership in the actual system before release.

Make the next step clear

Give automation a recovery path.

Your Lead Data Bot can discuss how an always-on inbound flow qualifies callers and delivers approved lead details with a human exception path.
